Viscosity is the main parameter to determine how the temperature impacts the workability of asphalt binder. Rotational Viscometers are typically used to determine the viscosity at high temperature. Rotational Viscometers measure the torque required to rotate a spindle submerged into asphalt binder, and the result is then converted in viscosity value.
