Specific gravity bottles are used to determine the particle density of a filler together with other general laboratory equipment (such as balances, oven, sieves etc.).

These are particularly suitable when used with a water bath fitted with an adjustable tray and cover with cooling coil or with a water bath specifically designed for conditioning pycnometers (for more information see our water baths models in related products).
