Cement Autoclave Testing Apparatus

The Cement Autoclave is designed to accelerate the estimation of the delayed expansion of Portland cement caused by the hydration of free calcium oxide (CaO) and magnesium oxide (MgO). During testing, cement specimens are exposed to controlled steam pressure and a constant elevated temperature, allowing rapid evaluation of cement soundness and volume stability. The unit operates within a pressure range of 60–350 psi (0.4–2.4 MPa) and features a robust steam vessel equipped with precise pressure control and comprehensive safety mechanisms. It is ideal for cement quality control laboratories, research facilities, and construction material testing centers conducting soundness testing in accordance with recognized industry standards.
