Surveillance system is such a technical process, through which the person, area or any activity is regularly monitored. Through this system, data collection, analysis and quick response are possible. Usually CCTV cameras, IP cameras, drones, sensors, and software-based monitoring are used.
Application of monitoring system in Bangladesh

CCTV cameras have been installed at important intersections, roads and public gatherings in various cities including Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet. Traffic control and violation evidence are important role.

Privately, many people are now installing CCTV for home and shop security.
